Born from humble beginnings, Quintessential Provisions brings 15+ years of personal chef, meal delivery, and catering experience. After years as an executive chef, Chef Jason Bray decided to build his own business. Opening a food truck 5+ years ago was just the beginning. Since then, the business has grown into an additional truck, catering service, and, most recently, Spice Trade Brewery and Kitchen in Greenwood Village. We are proud to now offer fine dining options delivered directly to you!
